Qualifications

• Previous experience as DSP or direct care is required.
• Ability to provide respectful personal care and promote independence.
• Valid PA driver's license, active auto insurance, and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Transport participant to activities and appointments per ISP.
• Provide personal care tasks with dignity and respect.
• Support community participation and social inclusion.
• Document progress and any health/behavior changes.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and collaborate with care team.
