Qualifications

• No prior Direct Support Professional experience required; paid on-the-job training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work required weekend shifts and have a NJ driver's license (in good standing).

Responsibilities

• Assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in residential homes, encouraging independence.
• Provide direct care, skills development, and community participation.
• Maintain daily electronic documentation and communicate with supervisors and team.
