No prior experience is required and paid on-the-job training is provided. Weekend availability is required, and the role offers shift options with bi-weekly pay.

Qualifications

• No prior Direct Support Professional experience is required and paid on-the-job training is provided.
• Weekend availability is required for this position.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required (NJ).

Responsibilities

• Provide daily living support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in residential settings.
• Encourage independence, personal choice, and participation in everyday activities.
• Assist with meals, housekeeping, personal care, and medication administration per agency procedures.
• Complete daily service notes and program-related reports; maintain clear communication with the team.
