Responsibilities

• Assists clients with basic living skills and daily personal tasks, including showers, dressing, housekeeping, grocery shopping, meal planning and budgeting.
• Provides transportation to and from activities and appointments; a valid Arkansas Driver's License is required.
• Maintains documentation and records consistent with Medicaid guidelines and FCC policies.
• Follows client Plan of Care and records progress in required forms and logs.
• Organizes recreational activities and acts as a respectful role model within FCC’s environment.
