• Maintains communication via logs and meetings regarding clients' needs and progress.
• Completes documentation: Behavioral/Incident/Progress reports and other forms.
• Follows medication management guidelines and monitors related procedures.
• Organizes recreational activities and ensures a safe home/community environment.
