Job summary

Alpha Health Services is a Pennsylvania ODP-certified provider delivering one-on-one in-home and community support for individuals with IDD and autism. This part-time DSP role focuses on transportation, daily living assistance, and ISP-guided care to promote independence while building meaningful relationships.

The position offers about 11 hours per week with flexible scheduling, competitive pay, mileage reimbursement, and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience as a DSP or direct care role is required.
• PA driver's license, active auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle.
• Ability to observe and document progress while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Transport participant to activities, appointments, and outings per ISP goals.
• Provide personal care support with dignity and respect.
• Support community participation and social inclusion.
• Monitor health, behavior, or condition and report changes to supervisor.
• Document participant behavior and progress accurately.
• Implement care plans tailored to the participant's needs.
• Collaborate with care team and family members.
• Complete PA ODP training and maintain certifications.
