The Arc Ocean County Chapter is seeking a Part-Time Direct Support Professional (DSP) to assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in residential settings in Brick Township and Toms River, New Jersey. You will provide daily living support, encourage independence, and help with community participation while learning necessary skills through paid on-the-job training.

Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid New Jersey driver’s license in good standing.
• Ability to work independently with sound judgment.
• Availability to work required weekend shifts.

Responsabilités

• Assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in residential homes.
• Provide direct care and help develop daily living skills.
• Complete required electronic documentation and notes.
• Transport individuals in agency vehicles when assigned.
