Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license, car and auto insurance.
• Must be able to pass all background checks.
• Must have some experience in working with people with developmental disabilities and understand how to handle behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with people with developmental disabilities assisting them with day to day living activities in Residential Settings.
• Support individuals with activities in a home environment and in community settings including meal planning, grocery shopping, or household chores.
• This position may require you to transport individuals in company vehicles.
