Hands of Heartland in McCook, NE is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals to help individuals with developmental disabilities lead meaningful lives. You will assist with daily activities, provide care in home and community settings, and support skill development.

Starting pay is $17/hour, with higher wages for experience or CNA credentials. We offer flexible full-time or part-time shifts (8a-4p), opportunities for advancement, and incentives to recognize dedication and dependable

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to pass all background checks.
• Must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Experience not required – we will train you!

Responsibilities

• Work directly with individuals with developmental disabilities in a variety of settings to ensure they have a meaningful life.
• As a DSP you will assist individuals with day to day living activities and developing skills in a home environment and in community settings.
