Job summary

ExpertCare in Southeast Michigan is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide 1:1 in-home support for recipients in their homes. You will assist with daily activities, encourage skill-building, and help clients participate in community outings to grow their personal goals.

The role offers a flexible schedule, paid training, weekly pay, and a virtual interview process. Candidates must be compassionate, patient, and able to follow care plans.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.
