Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable Personal Care Assistants to work 1:1 with Recipients in their homes across Southeast Michigan, assisting with daily living and skill-building activities while supporting goals outside the home.

We offer full and part-time roles, paid training, flexible schedules, weekly pay, and a virtual interview process with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable assisting individuals with varying abilities.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities
