Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable, compassionate caregivers to work 1:1 with recipients in Southeast Michigan. You will provide in-home support, encourage skill-building activities, and help clients achieve personal goals in their community. Full and part-time positions are available.

The role offers paid training, a flexible schedule, weekly pay, and a virtual interview process to simplify onboarding. Experience in mental health support is helpful, and you will pass required background checks and

• Provide 1:1 in-home care to recipients in Southeast Michigan

• Accompany clients to community activities to meet personal goals
• Follow care plans and communicate progress to supervisors
