Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking a Part-Time Direct Care Worker to provide 1:1 support in clients' homes across Southeast Michigan. You will encourage independence, follow individualized care plans, and help recipients grow skills in a caring, respectful environment.

The role emphasizes compassionate caregiving, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass background checks. Flexible scheduling and paid training are offered to support a thriving team culture.

You will be working in our clients homes while supporting, encouraging and helping with skill building activities. You will also be bringing them into the community to help grow and strengthen their personal goals outside of their home environment.

ExpertCare services Community of Mental Health Recipients in Southeast Michigan. Full and part-time positions are available!
