Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking a Part-Time Afternoon Direct Care Worker to provide 1:1 support to recipients in their homes across Southeast Michigan. The role includes encouraging skill-building activities and bringing clients into the community to advance personal goals while fostering independence.

The position offers a flexible afternoon schedule with paid training and weekly pay. Candidates must be compassionate, reliable, and able to pass background screenings.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.
