Job summary

PACS Group is seeking a part-time dining helper to assist with meal preparation, serving, and delivering meals to residents. You will set up dining areas, support the nursing and dietary teams, and help maintain clean kitchen and dining spaces while following safety guidelines.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a friendly, respectful approach to residents. Previous food-service experience is a plus, with training provided as needed.

Responsibilities

• Help prepare, portion, and serve meals, snacks, and beverages.
• Set up dining areas and make sure everything is ready for mealtime.
• Deliver meals to residents with a friendly smile.
• Assist with meal service and resident requests.
• Wash dishes and keep kitchen and dining areas clean and organized.
• Follow food-safety, sanitation, and special-diet guidelines.
• Work together with cooks, dietary staff, and the nursing team.
• Help keep the kitchen running smoothly-even when things get busy!
