Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Learn food service routines quickly.
• Set up meal trays and assist with serving meals.
• Strip down returned trays and wash dishes.
• Monitor and log dishwasher chlorine concentration and water temperature.
• Prepare nourishments and snacks; maintain kitchen cleanliness.
• Sweep, mop, and sanitize floors and surfaces; manage waste.
• Assist with orientation and training of dietary staff.
