Frederick Living is looking for a Server to create a warm, welcoming dining experience for residents and guests. This part-time role supports meal service, maintains dining room standards, and ensures a safe, clean, and customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities include following service steps, completing side work, adhering to safety rules, and collaborating with the dining team. No prior experience required; flexible schedule with weekend rotations.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent preferred.
• No prior experience required.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.

Responsibilities

• Create an enjoyable dining experience for residents and guests.
• Follow established style, sequence, and order of service in dining rooms and at special events.
• Complete assigned pre-service and post-service side work.
• Follow all safety and sanitation rules and procedures.
• Maintain strong communication and rapport with residents and coworkers.
• Follow instructions and work collaboratively with the dining team.
• Report any issues or concerns to the Supervisor or Manager.
• Adhere to appearance, uniform, and work performance standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and neat work environment.
• Demonstrate knowledge of fire safety procedures.
• Assist with evacuations in emergency situations as needed.
• Protect the confidentiality of resident information.
• Cooperate with other departments to support overall operations.
• Abide by the organization’s code of conduct.
• Perform other duties as assigned
