Frederick Living is seeking a friendly Server to create a warm dining experience for residents and guests. You’ll support meal service, maintain dining room standards, and ensure a safe, clean, and customer-focused environment.

Full-time position with shift 10:30am–7:00pm, every other weekend and holiday rotation. Rates start at $15.00/hour, with an additional $1 weekend bonus, plus benefits such as health insurance, 401k, PTO and more.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
• Ability to provide outstanding customer service.

Responsabilités

• Create an enjoyable dining experience for residents and guests.
• Follow established service style and order in dining rooms and events.
• Complete assigned pre-service and post-service side work.
• Follow safety and sanitation rules and procedures.
• Maintain communication with residents and coworkers.
• Work collaboratively with the dining team.
• Report issues to Supervisor or Manager.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and neat work environment.
• Demonstrate knowledge of fire safety procedures.
• Assist with evacuations in emergencies as needed.
• Protect resident information confidentiality.
• Cooperate with other departments to support operations.
• Adhere to code of conduct.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Formation

High school education or equivalent preferred
