Job summary

Frederick Living in Zieglersville, PA, is hiring a Part-time Server for 3:30pm–7:30pm shifts, alternating weekends and holidays. Earn starting at $13.75/hour with an extra $1.00 on weekends. You’ll support meal service, maintain dining room standards, and ensure a safe, clean, customer-focused dining environment for residents and guests.

No prior experience is required, and the role welcomes applicants aged 16+. Benefits include health insurance, 401K, PTO, and wellness programs.

Responsibilities

• Create an enjoyable dining experience for residents and guests.
• Follow established style, sequence, and order of service in dining rooms and at special events.
• Complete assigned pre-service and post-service side work.
• Follow all safety and sanitation rules and procedures.
• Maintain strong communication and rapport with residents and coworkers.
• Follow instructions and work collaboratively with the dining team.
• Report any issues or concerns to the Supervisor or Manager.
• Adhere to appearance, uniform, and work performance standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and neat work environment.
• Demonstrate knowledge of fire safety procedures.
• Assist with evacuations in emergency situations as needed.
• Protect the confidentiality of resident information.
• Cooperate with other departments to support overall operations.
• Abide by the organization’s code of conduct.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
