Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a friendly, hospitality-minded Part-Time Server to help create an exceptional dining experience for residents. You will guide guests, present menus, suggest dishes, and work with a state-of-the-art POS system to deliver accurate orders.

Qualifications

• A big smile, eagerness to learn, and compassion for our residents.
• If under the age of 18, must provide proper schoolwork authorization (if applicable)
• Must currently hold a Food Handler's Card, or be willing to obtain one facilitated by Spectrum, as required by state and/or county regulations
• Must have strong customer service presentation

Responsibilities

• Direct residents to tables, present menus, suggest dishes, and assist in drink selection
• Communicate resident orders using our POS system
• Complete dining room opening and closing duties as established by the community
