Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a part-time Server to join our community restaurant. You’ll help create an incredible dining experience, build relationships with residents, and deliver service you’d expect in a favorite restaurant.

Key requirements include a positive, guest-focused attitude, a current Food Handler’s Card (or willingness to obtain one), and strong customer service presentation. We offer comprehensive benefits for full-time and part-time team members, including 401(k),

Qualifications

• Must have compassion for residents and maintain a friendly, professional demeanor.
• If under 18, must provide schoolwork authorization if applicable.
• Must hold a Food Handler’s Card or be willing to obtain one.
• Strong customer service presentation is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct residents to tables, present menus, suggest dishes and assist in drink selection.
• Communicate resident orders to kitchen using the POS system.
• Complete all opening and closing dining room duties as established by the community.
