Station Casinos at Red Rock Resort in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a part-time Team Dining Room Cook to support kitchen operations under the guidance of the Executive Chef. The role focuses on preparing a range of dishes, maintaining high standards of quality and safety, and delivering consistent service in a high-volume environment.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of cook experience in a busy restaurant, can obtain required work cards, and demonstrates sound judgment and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one to two years Cook experience in a high volume restaurant preferred.
• Must be able to obtain all necessary work cards, demonstrate sound judgment and great attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support Executive Chef, Assistant Executive Chef, Room Chef and Assistant Room Chef in cooking, frying, sautéing, carving, broiling, grilling and steaming all meats, fish, eggs, vegetables, etc.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment; ensure kitchen and equipment are in good working order; uphold safety and sanitation standards.
