Gardens at Arkanshire in Springdale, AR is seeking a part-time Server to greet residents, assist with dining room service, and keep the dining area welcoming and clean. The role requires a positive, energetic attitude and the ability to stand for long periods.

The position offers hours Monday, Tuesday, and Sunday from 4:30pm to 7:30pm, with a pay range of $15 to $19.75 per hour. Join us to help residents enjoy meals and social moments in a home-like setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least sixteen (16) years old.
• Must read/write/understand/communicate in English at an 8th grade level or higher.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents.
• Active; ability to stand/walk/bend/kneel/stoop all day."
• Ability to frequently lift/move up to 50 lbs.
• Criminal background check clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and make them feel welcome in the dining room.
• Be present, mingle, entertain, and foster an environment where residents connect.
• Assist with meal service prep and clearing tables to maintain cleanliness.
• Communicate any changes in residents' appetites or dietary needs to supervisors.
