Summit is hiring a Part-Time Server for Little Rock, AR, with shifts on Friday and Saturday from 6:30am to 2:30pm. The role involves greeting residents, fostering a welcoming dining environment, and contributing to meal service through prep work and bussing tasks.

The ideal candidate loves residents, communicates in English, and remains energetic and engaged throughout duties, including assisting residents and maintaining safety.

Qualifications

• Must be at least sixteen (16) years old.
• Able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at 8th grade proficiency or higher.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents and team members.
• Must be physically capable: standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• Able to frequently lift and move items up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to assist residents with sitting/standing/walking and after a fall.
• Criminal record clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and make them feel welcome in the dining room.
• Be present in the dining room, mingle, entertain, and foster resident connections.
• Assist with table prep, salads, or rolling silverware to support service.
• Bus tables and sweep floors as part of maintaining a tidy community.
