Arrow Senior Living Management is seeking a part-time Server in Little Rock, AR. The role covers 6:30am–2:30pm shifts on Fridays and Saturdays, with a pay range of $15–$19.50 per hour. You will greet residents, assist with dining service, and help maintain a welcoming dining environment.

Suits individuals who are energetic, patient, and reliable, with a willingness to support residents and teamwork in a home-like community setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least sixteen years old.
• Read, write, and communicate in English at 8th grade level or higher.
• Positive and energetic attitude around residents.
• Must stand and move for the duration of the shift.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Must assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, and assist after a fall.
• Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and make them feel welcome in the dining room.
• Prep tables and assist with service and dining preparations.
• Buss tables and keep dining areas tidy and inviting.
• Communicate dietary needs and daily schedules with supervisors.
