Job summary

Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa and Casino in Incline Village, NV, seeks a Server Assistant to support the dining team at Osteria Sierra. You will help servers, clear and reset tables, and maintain a clean, welcoming dining room to elevate guest experiences.

You should be able to stand and move for long periods, lift up to 30 lbs, and work weekends and holidays. Previous hospitality experience and strong teamwork are preferred as you help deliver warm, efficient service in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Must possess or obtain a valid Washoe County Food Handler Card.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to guests
• Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently and discreetly
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining room, service stations, and guest areas
• Refill water glasses, bring additional tableware, and support guest requests
• Stock and maintain service areas with necessary supplies
• Communicate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive team environment
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
