Job summary

Resort Lifestyle Communities in the United States is seeking a Part-Time Server to create meaningful dining experiences for residents. You will be part of a collaborative team, respond to feedback thoughtfully, and contribute to a caring community environment.

No prior work experience is required; you must be at least 15 years old and able to communicate effectively in English with residents, guests, and employees. Food handler permits may be required within two weeks of hire.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 15 years of age or older.

• Ability to secure required food handler permits as required by local ordinances within two weeks of hire.
• State regulations may require work permits; guidance will be provided by the Community Manager.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the dining experience by assisting residents in casual dining, carrying trays, offering beverages, and meeting service needs.
• Create memorable moments in fine dining by greeting tables, guiding menu selections, taking orders, and serving courses.
• Maintain a clean dining room by clearing and resetting tables and handling dishes.
• Help keep areas clean by vacuuming carpets, cleaning the salad bar, and performing other tasks as needed.
• Deliver room service meals and collect trays with a friendly attitude.
• Listen to resident comments or concerns and relay feedback to a supervisor.
• Support team by taking on additional tasks as assigned.
