Job summary

Resort Lifestyle Communities is seeking a part-time server to create meaningful dining experiences for residents. You will work with a collaborative team, react to feedback, and contribute to a warm, caring community environment.

Role involves casual and fine dining support, tray service, and maintaining dining room cleanliness. No prior experience is required, and the position welcomes applicants age 15 and older.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively in English with residents, guests, and employees.
• Must be at least 15 years of age or older.
• Ability to secure required food handler permits as required by local ordinances within two weeks of hire.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the dining experience by assisting residents in Casual Dining by carrying trays, offering beverages, and proactively meeting service needs.
• Create memorable moments in Fine Dining by greeting tables, guiding menu selections, taking orders accurately, and serving courses.
• Clear and reset tables, handle dishes, refill water carafes, and set tables before meals.
• Contribute to cleanliness by vacuuming carpets, cleaning the salad bar, and performing other tasks as needed.
• Deliver room service meals and pick up trays with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Listen and respond to resident comments or concerns and relay feedback to management.
• Help with additional tasks and support duties as assigned by supervisors or managers.
