Job summary

Resort Lifestyle Communities in Colorado is seeking a Part-Time Server to create enjoyable dining experiences for residents. You’ll work with a collaborative team, greet guests, take orders, and deliver meals across Casual and Fine Dining settings.

No prior work experience is required, and successful candidates will communicate clearly in English, obtain necessary food-handler permits promptly, and comply with state requirements. Join a growing, servant-hearted team today.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 15 years of age.
• No previous work experience is required.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English with residents, guests, and employees.
• Ability to secure required food handler permits as required by local ordinances within two weeks of hire.
• State regulations may require certain applicants to obtain a work permit before beginning employment and guidance will be provided by the Community Manager.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the dining experience by assisting residents in Casual Dining by carrying trays, offering beverages, and proactively meeting service needs.
• Create memorable moments in Fine Dining by greeting tables, guiding menu selections, accurately taking orders, and serving courses.
• Keep the dining room clean by clearing and resetting tables and handling dishes.
• Deliver room service meals and pickup trays with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Listen to resident feedback and share it with a manager or supervisor as needed.
• Assist with additional tasks and support duties as assigned by supervisors or managers.
