Job summary

Resort Lifestyle Communities in Hudson, OH is hiring a Part-Time Server to help create joyful dining experiences for residents. You will assist in Casual Dining and Fine Dining, greet tables, take orders, serve courses, and support clean, welcoming dining areas.

No prior work experience is required, and candidates must be able to communicate effectively in English with residents and staff. Those who are at least 15 years old and able to obtain any required food handler permits within two weeks

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively in English with residents, guests, and employees.
• Ability to secure required food handler permits within two weeks of hire.
• State regulations may require a work permit based on age/state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the dining experience by assisting residents in Casual Dining by carrying trays, offering beverages, and proactively meeting service needs.
• Create memorable moments in Fine Dining by greeting tables, guiding menu selections, taking orders, and serving courses from beverages to desserts.
• Keep the dining room clean by clearing and resetting tables, handling dishes, refilling water, and setting tables before meals.
• Assist with cleaning tasks and maintaining organization, including vacuuming carpets and cleaning the salad bar as needed.
• Deliver room service meals and pick up trays with a friendly, positive attitude.
