Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Part-Time Security Officer for Digital Credential Enrollment in Burbank, CA. You will manage entry points, verify credentials, issue badges, and monitor access activity while delivering excellent customer service in a manufacturing/industrial setting.

The role offers a flexible schedule with paid training and opportunities to grow within a national security team. A valid guard card and basic computer comfort are preferred; age 18+ for unarmed roles.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include customer service experience and comfort using a computer or tablet.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and access-control policies.
• Monitor and control access to the location by verifying credentials and processing visits and entries.
• Respond to incidents, alarms and critical situations calmly and coordinate with site contacts and responders as directed.
• Conduct regular patrols of entrances, parking areas, and perimeter and report unusual conditions or unauthorized access attempts.
• Document daily activities and access-control exceptions per Allied Universal reporting procedures.
