Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of security-related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required.
• Able to lift up to 20 pounds.
• 18+ years of age (21+ for armed roles).
• A valid driver's license is required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out access-control procedures and site policies.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor, contractor, and driver credentials, and direct authorized individuals to designated areas.
• Assist with controlling inbound and outbound traffic at gates, docks, and entrances.
• Respond calmly to incidents and report concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points and perimeters to identify unauthorized activity.
