River Oaks Of Minnesota is seeking a part-time Dietary Aide to provide exceptional care for our residents in Hutchinson, MN 55350. You will support residents with physical and mental health challenges by preparing nutritious meals and ensuring safe, compliant dining services.

Responsibilities include portioning meals, following standardized recipes and dietary guidelines, and collaborating with dietary and nursing staff to meet residents' nutritional needs.

Qualifications

• Dietary Aide with focus on resident nutrition and safety.
• Ability to follow dietary guidelines and portion control.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and portions safe, nutritious meals and snacks for residents.
• Assembles meal trays according to standardized recipes and diet guidelines.
• Supports daily kitchen operations, including food prep, tray setup, and timely service.
• Maintains compliance with food safety standards and sanitation practices.
• Ensures proper labeling, portion control, and safe storage of foods.
• Assists with dish washing and kitchen cleaning to maintain a sanitary area.
• Supports inventory, FIFO, and communicates supply needs to supervisor.
• Engages with residents during meal service and respects dietary preferences.
