Job description

Job Title

Harmony River Living Center is seeking full‑time and part‑time servers (Dietary Aide / Dining Aide / Culinary Assistant).

Location

1555 Sherwood Street NE, Hutchinson, MN 55350. The facility is located in western Minnesota, close to Cedar Mills, West Lynn, & Silver Lake.

Hours

6:15 AM – 2:15 PM ; 4:30 PM – 7:15 PM.

Responsibilities

The Server / Dietary Aide is responsible for creating a high‑quality dining experience for residents by assisting with meal preparation, dining room set‑up, and meal service in accordance with regulations and established policies, procedures, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated compatibility with PHS’s mission and operating philosophies.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all residents and staff.

Pay Range

Estimated starting pay range for this role is $19.09 – $20.59 per hour. Actual pay may vary based on qualifications and market conditions.
