Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and manage meal service for residents.

Responsibilities

• Handle, transport and plate food for residents and staff.
• Plate according to the menu using standard recipes.
• Ensure food is prepared with proper portions and garnishing.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of kitchen areas.
• Report shortages to supervisor and help prep as needed.
• Stock and set up service lines for meals.
