Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• CPR/First Aid training offered within 3 months of employment.
• Must be able to read, write and comprehend English to follow care plans.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct care and support based on medical, physical, and behavioral needs.
• Implement and monitor individualized support plans and behavioral strategies.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation for regulatory review.
• Prepare incident/accident reports that meet regulatory standards.
