As a Developmental Specialist you will support individuals by creating personalized support plans, delivering hands‑on training, and promoting dignity, choice, and empowerment in every interaction.
Haverhill, MA (Day Habilitation Program)
Part Time Schedules 25+ hours per week
This position is benefit eligible as of date of hire.
This is a 35 hour, non-exempt position. The hourly rate is $21.63. You will be a union member to SEIU Local 509.
Our Day Habilitation Program is designed to support individuals in developing essential life skills through a structured and engaging rotating schedule of activities. These activities are tailored to meet both the needs and interests of each participant and focus on the following key areas: communication, social skills, fine and gross motor development, sensory motor development, behavioral and emotional support, independent living skills, and activities of daily living. This position is based out of our Day Habilitation Program in Haverhill, MA but you will also be required to transport individuals to various activities in the community.
