Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience, required.
  • 1-3 years fundraising and grant management experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; public speaking experience a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, analyze problems, and exercise sound judgment.
  • Experience working with LGBTQIA+ communities preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and strengthen relationships with financial stakeholders.
  • Cultivate institutional, corporate, and individual donor leads.
  • Write donor acknowledgments and manage grant records for compliance.
  • Discover grant opportunities and coordinate submission and reporting.
  • Develop grants management processes and improve fundraising workflows.
  • Maintain donor database to optimize fundraising opportunities.
