Job summary

42 North Dental in Hollidaysburg, PA is seeking a part-time General Dentist to join our team. Work 2-3 days per week with shifts from 8AM-5PM or 10AM-7PM, and choose between a daily guaranteed pay or up to 36% of collections. You will manage the full clinical patient experience from exam to delivery of care.

The Dentist will perform exams, diagnose and treatment plan, and deliver comprehensive dental services across specialties while maintaining the highest standard of ethics and patient care.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health
• Review treatment plan options with patients
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care
• Perform surgical procedures on the teeth, bone and soft tissues

Education
