Job summary

42 North Dental in Hollidaysburg, PA is seeking a Part-time General Dentist to join our team. You will manage the entire clinical patient experience from initial exam and treatment plan to delivery of care, with in-office specialties including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery and orthodontics.

The schedule is 2–3 days per week (8AM-5PM or 10AM-7PM) with a daily guarantee or a percentage of collections up to 36%.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and educate patients on treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care; perform procedures as needed.
