Job summary

Ottosen & Nygard Endodontics in Moses Lake, WA seeks an experienced part-time Front Office Coordinator to join our patient-centered team. You’ll be the first contact, manage schedules, verify insurance information, and collect co-pays at checkout.

The position reports to the Office Manager, works 3 days/week Mon-Fri, and offers an hourly rate of $21-$26.33 depending on experience, with opportunities for ongoing training and career growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Dental front office experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Eaglesoft preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and coordinate new patient/hygiene scheduling.
• Confirm appointments and maintain productive schedules.
• Collect co-payments and obtain pre-authorizations.
• Respond to billing and insurance inquiries.
• Report to Office Manager and ensure policy compliance.
