Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate at Automotive Finishes #9161 in Canton, OH 44720. You will deliver products from Sherwin-Williams branches, prepare orders, load and unload, and assist customers in person and over the phone.

Shift hours align with branch operations (Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM). Responsibilities include operating color retrieval and paint mixing equipment, maintaining a safe stockroom, and processing POS transactions accurately.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
• Must be willing to work all scheduled hours.

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders for delivery or pickup in a safe and timely manner.
• Load and unload products for deliveries.
• Operate warehouse vehicles and equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone.
• Process sales transactions accurately at the POS.
• Maintain a clean and organized stockroom and follow safety procedures.
• Complete Monthly and Quarterly Safety Training.
