• Address guest concerns promptly and use the boomerang principle to ensure satisfaction.
• Inspect and rotate deli products, maintain temperatures, and restock as needed.
• Maintain proper inventory levels and organization in the deli storage areas.
• Lead by example in food safety logs and compliance with safety standards.
• Ensure quality standards and quantities meet expectations by scheduled times (e.g., 10am and 5pm).
• Regular, timely attendance and replacement planning for occasional absences.
