Job summary

Festival Foods is seeking a Part-Time Deli Clerk in Kimberly, WI. You will support deli operations, assist guests with selections, fulfill orders, and maintain quality and safety standards in a fast-paced store environment.

You’ll work with the Deli Manager to ensure great guest experiences, accurate order handling, and friendly service across breakfast, lunch and dinner offerings. Be ready for a team-focused, community-oriented role.

Qualifications

• Customer focus and guest service skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to solve problems quickly in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and slicer safety procedures.
• Understanding of deli operations and merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Provide helpful service by greeting guests, answering questions and addressing concerns.
• Help guests locate items and answer deli department phone professionally.
• Receive, prepare, and fulfill guest orders and requests with attention to detail.
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly using a positive approach.
• Inspect, rotate, and maintain deli products at proper temperatures and display levels.
• Maintain deli storage inventory and supplies (containers, lids, spoons, tags).
• Lead by example in food safety logs and safety standards adherence.
• Ensure quality standards and quantity expectations are met by designated times.
• Attend work reliably and notify for replacements when needed.
• Support the team with other duties as assigned.
