Qualifications

• Customer focus, ability to greet guests and assist with needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide helpful guest service, greeting customers and answering questions.
• Help guests locate items and answer deli department phone calls.
• Receive, prepare, and fulfill guest orders and requests.
• Address guest concerns promptly using a friendly approach.
• Inspect, rotate, and maintain deli products on display.
• Maintain deli storage inventory, labeling, and cleanliness.
• Lead food safety logs and comply with safety standards.
• Meet daily quality/quantity standards by 10am and 5pm.
• Attend shifts reliably and arrange replacements as needed.
• Support the team with other duties as assigned.
