• Provide helpful service with a friendly greeting and professional interaction.
• Assist guests in locating items and answer the deli department telephone.
• Receive, prepare, and fulfill guest orders and requests with attention to detail.
• Address guest concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience.
• Inspect and rotate deli products, maintain proper temperatures and displays.
• Maintain deli storage inventory and related supplies.
• Lead by example in food safety logs and policy adherence.
• Ensure quality standards and quantity expectations are met by 10am and 5pm daily.
• Honor commitments with reliable attendance and notice for replacements when needed.
• Support the team with other duties as assigned.
