Responsibilities

• Provide friendly guest service and assist with questions.
• Help guests locate items on/off the sales floor and answer calls.
• Receive, prepare, and fulfill guest orders with accuracy.
• Address guest concerns promptly and courteously.
• Inspect and rotate deli products to ensure quality and safety.
• Maintain deli storage inventory and supplies.
• Lead by example in following food safety policies and logs.
• Meet quality standards and daily quantity targets by 10am and 5pm.
• Maintain reliable attendance and communicate schedule changes.
