Qualifications

• At least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to guests, team members, and visitors.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of entertainment areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations professionally.
• Monitor access points and uphold a welcoming environment and location policies.
• Document incidents and patrol activity and relay information to leadership.
