Job summary

Albert Einstein Medical Center, part of Jefferson Health, is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver patient- and family-centered care using the nursing process. Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
• Active RN license in state of practice.
• Bachelor’s degree BSN or higher strongly preferred within 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with co-workers, patients and families to provide compassionate, culturally sensitive care.
• Partner with patients and families to identify learning needs and educate about condition, treatment and recovery.
• Use information technology to communicate, manage knowledge and monitor care outcomes.
• Work within inter-professional teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
• Participate in safety and quality improvement activities and committees.
• Provide ongoing professional growth and act as a preceptor when appropriate.
