Jefferson Health in Philadelphia seeks a registered nurse to join Albert Einstein Medical Center. You will work daytime shifts to deliver patient-centered care and coordinate with the care team in a fast-paced hospital setting.

As part of the nursing team, you will develop care plans with patients and families, apply evidence-based practice, and promote safety, inclusion, and continuous learning across the organization.

Qualificações

• BSN required; RN licensure.
• Previous acute care RN experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Interacts with patients, families and staff.
• Implements evidence-based practice and collaborates with care teams.
• Educates patients and families to support learning and understanding.
• Minimizes risk by following established nursing protocols.
• Uses IT to communicate, document, and support decision making.
• Contributes to safety and quality improvement initiatives.
• Participates in hospital and practice committees as needed.
